Stephane Gortina - Executive Chef Stephan Gortina is one of the key masters of ALAIN DUCASSE Entreprise. Prior to his appointment to Russia, Gortina has been working with Ducasse for over five years. He joined the AD Entreprise in 2006 as a Sous-Chef at La Bastide de Moustiers (Moustiers, France), a 1 Michelin Star place with a Mediterranean cuisine. In 2008 he took the challenge and moved to Japan, to work in the pre-opening team at Le Comptoir de Benoit Osaka and then in the post-opening period, in the position of the Executive Sous-Chef, in charge of seasonal menu changes, recruitment and coaching, health and security and beyond. That was only the beginning... Gortina’s next appointment (2009) was the Executive Sous-Chef at Spoon By Alain Ducasse – Hotel Intercontinental **** (Kowloon, Hong-Kong), where he spent 2 years. In 2011 Gortina was appointed Executive Chef at Spoon des Iles – One & Only Le Saint Géran ***** – Pointe de Flacq, Mauritius. As of September 2011, Gortina was part of the Alain Ducasse Enterprice central office team (London – Paris –Monaco). |
